a) Cargo Loss or Damage: Dist Global Cargo shall take all necessary precautions to ensure safe and timely delivery of cargo. However, the company’s liability for any loss, damage, or delay shall be limited to the terms set forth in the respective shipping agreement.
b) Insurance: Dist Global Cargo strongly recommends that customers purchase insurance for their cargo. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the cargo unless additional insurance has been purchased by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all documents are accurate and compliant with applicable laws.
Cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to fees. Refunds for cancelled shipments will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy, which may vary based on the service type, shipment status, and specific terms of the shipping agreement.
